Jim Sturm serves as President of Yes Marketing. Previously, Jim was the President & CEO of Brierley+Partners from 2007 to 2018. During his tenure at Brierley, he established the company as the leader in the global loyalty and CRM market. He expanded the company's technology and agency service offerings while driving annual double-digit growth. Jim's technology-focused leadership has gained recognition throughout the industry which resulted in his selection as a Tech Titan for his technology contributions with Brierley. Jim serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation. Prior to Brierley, Jim spent over 20 years with Electronic Data Systems, an industry technology leader providing a broad portfolio of Business Process Management and Technology solutions. Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup (parent of Yes Marketing), a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO. Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Iaccarino currently serves on the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of Affinion Group, a multi-national, publicly traded marketing services company.

His teams are responsible for leveraging integrated marketing, data, insight resources and technology solutions to drive improved marketing ROI for enterprise clients that deliver results. David spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Purple at Epsilon. While at Epsilon, David was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure there, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue. Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.

He leads IT operations management, data processing development, cloud operations and security functions. Jonathan joined Yes Marketing in 2016 as Vice President of Infrastructure. Prior to Yes Marketing, Jonathan was Senior Vice President of Information Services at Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure where he was responsible for all IT functions including contact center technologies, reservation systems and Adobe Campaign marketing systems as well as in-house and small ship systems. Prior to Grand Circle Travel, he was Director of Infrastructure Services at EBSCO Industries where he oversaw IT operations for a SaaS based solution of reference databases focused on the educational and medical markets and managed a diverse group of network and data administrators. He is also experienced in systems engineering, disaster recovery solutions, project management and business continuity planning.
