The monthly VSP EnVision digital newsletter offers our 3 million subscribers information about eye health, exclusive rebates and sweepstakes, and the latest in eyewear fashion and technology. Our 2013 objective was to redesign our three-year-old newsletter so it remains relevant and ahead of our competition. The html met VSP's objective by:
- Creating a clean, readable e-mail design that’s more user-friendly, scan-able, and engaging.
- Developing a searchable microsite to house all e-mail content, current and archived. Our previous e-mail design did not have a companion microsite and content was not recognized by search engines.
- Launching a mobile-responsive design for both the e-mail and microsite to allow our increasingly tech-savvy audience to read EnVision with smartphones and tablets fast and without fumbling with formatting.
